Payment Processing

  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
  • Orders are processed and shipped only once full payment has been received.
  • If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be confirmed.

All prices displayed on petactive.shop are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes and shipping, is confirmed at checkout before you complete your order.
  • Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed during checkout.

petactive.shop uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to keep every transaction secure.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.

Chargebacks started without contacting us first may be disputed. If you have a billing or payment issue, email us at info@petactive.shop and we'll do our best to resolve it quickly.

Fraud Prevention

Pet Active reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity. For certain transactions, particularly high-value or flagged orders, additional verification may be required before processing.
