At Pet Active we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and reliable as possible. Clear delivery information is an important part of that. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to other countries, and orders with a delivery address outside the United Kingdom cannot be placed at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery timelines are estimates and are outlined below:

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (UK time). Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
  • Handling time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
  • Transit time: 7–12 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Estimated total delivery time: 8–13 business days (including handling and transit).

These timeframes are indicative and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier-related delays.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Shipping is free on all orders to the United Kingdom.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no hidden handling fees.

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any delivery-related issue, such as a delay or a missing parcel, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We are here to help and will do our best to resolve the matter quickly.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel during transit. The carrier is shown in that email.
